- For most of our products, Yes, you can have them printed with your logo, color or artwork/design.
- For printing methods, for most products, we have flexo printing and offset printing. It is also within our usual practice like UV, Embossing, Foil stamping, etc.

a: Technically, Yes, we accept all print content or designs from simple to complex, by our advanced and traditional facilities and methods, with different finish, covering easy-to-read to high-resolution quality. For trademark/patent related content or designs, an official authorization is needed.

b: Content-wise, we normally don't accept orders with content or design includes or is high possibly leading or mis-leading to: adult, gambling, violence, crime, anti-tradition, and non-positive artwork or text, e.g., we don't accept printing artwork or design of a skeleton for non-medical or education use products, etc. 

- No, we don't retail. We are a supplier for wholesalers, distributors, etc. We speak wholesales language. We focus on our role, which is sourcing, manufacturing, products development & improvement, supervising and responding to clients’ requirement effectively.  But yes, we have a few clients retailing on above mentioned online market places.

- Yes, most of our products have an MOQ from 30-50,000pcs. 

- In most cases, No. Usually we may not contact you when you stop contacting/replying to us. But we will remind some clients if there is anything pending yet.

- No, we usually don't follow client's social media account. 

- Only when there is a major notice from our company, we will send a public letter, via email/messenger/fax to our clients, like website re-construction/launch or important mid to long term product development progress.

- I am afraid that we may not reply to anonymous inquiries.

- Yes, we suggest you do that.  As some servers may receive our emails to their spam files though we don't spam, since our company establishment in 2004.

- Most of our regular samples are free. Would you please accept paying for the freight? 

- If customized samples, like size, material, color, etc., the cost of draft fee, tooling fee or fee for customized materials will be charged, besides the freight.

- No, not yet. At present we accept payment mostly via bank wire transfer, T/T, for orders. Only sample or small fees will be directed to our paypal account.

- Usually we accept payment on T/T, wire transfer. 

- Our regular quotation terms: FOB China port, C&F destination port, CIF destination port. Sometimes also on EX-W, DAP or DDP destination door. And you can ask for your preferred terms for our confirmation. 

- Shipping methods: sea, air, rail or courier.
